After
my brother's tour in Taipei, Taiwan and the evacuations of Cambodia and
Saigon
he returned to Rockville, Md. He and several of the Marine Embassy Guard
contingents
helped with some Vietnamese evacuees relocation to the U.S. While going
through some old letters I came across the name of a certain Captain
Sidney Telford who was another Regional Security Officer during the Cambodian
evacuation.
His daughter Rosanna Telford has been
looking for people that may have
known her father. He died two years ago. Pictures and letters below.
