In 1958 there was a case that my brother was Federal witness in (Refer Back to Page Six)and after that he thought it prudent to move from Chicago - He had a connection back in Washington through our Grandfather Joseph Phillip, George W. Cunningham. He was able to transfer back to D.C. and eventually to the U.S. Department of State in late 1959.
