These pictures were taken about 49 years apart. The first series of 5 were taken by my father Al George Payne while sawing timber for his house in Tazewell. I copied the back of many of them. The second series were of myself and several of the owners putting up the gate at the entrance of Eagle Landing I think in 2003.
