I found this on your site and I think I can shed some
light on it. On page 227 of Bonnie Page's book Speedwell though 200
years you can find the picture of the home of Minerva Rogers Ausmus Kivette.
Aunt Nerve as she is referred to in my family was first married to Dr.
John Franklin Ausmus (Jan 4, 1839-1864). He died on Lookout Mountain
at Chattanooga during the Civil War. Aunt Nerve later married John
Kivette or Harvey J. Kivette in your information. Aunt Nerve and
Capt. John Ausmus were the parents of 1. Emily, 2. William Harrison, 3.
John Franklin Ausmus (later known as Dr. Blue John). I do not know
if Emily's first name was Sarah or not, but since it was listed that way
in the census it may have been Sarah Emily Ausmus. She married LaFayette
Stiner. You can also find information about the Ausmus family of
John and Minerva in Old Speedwell families, revised, on page 34.
Perhaps you are already aware of this connection because
I am sure you did the above work some time ago. However, I thought
