I sadly have sold all my lots for sale in our old family farm now known as Eagle Landing Subdivision, but I have decided to leave all my information online with a contact email below, in case there may be other lots selling that I am no longer aware of. After the preliminary sale I subdivided and sold a seven acre lot Lot 7 and sold the entire 5 acre Lot 1

The first lot in the subdivision, Lot 1 , contained 5.079 acres. It is a gently slopped lot that has both overhead and underground utilities already in place. Lot 1 has over 600 feet of frontage on Osprey Drive and top access in a cultisak at the end of Peregrine Drive. The top is wooded and has underground utilities. The lot has several very large White Pines and is about 50% clean with nice cover crop of fescue and orchard grasses. This lot lies 150 feet from a paved county road. It is large enough for a mini farm and has been partially fenced.
