George Ingle shot
Hill Leedy on the streets of New Tazewell very near the
Red Star Resturant. My father had gone into the resturant to get
something to eat and my mother remained alone in the car. This I
think was in the late 1930's. He shot him in the back over
a woman. My mother witnessed the shooting but was warned not to
testify at the trial. George Ingle spent a very little while in
jail. |
