These pictures are of two locations I have hiked on numerous occasions.

The first set are of an overnight trip to Mt. LeConte with Friends of the Smokies. Charles Maynard was our trip leader. The second sets are of the Fire Tower on Mt. Cammerera that was rennovated by Friends of the Smokies. I made four trips up there before during and after the rennovation.

There are numerous scenic views on Bullhead Trail this is the Pulpit. This is another rock outcropping that was used by the CCC's back in the old days. The day of our hike was with Charles Maynard, Director of Friends of Smokies. On the way down we were informed that one of our party had died of a heart attack at this very spot. He was an employ of the Department of Energy.
